Our story

We often spend more time with our colleagues than anyone else in our lives, yet the memories we create at work are seldom the ones we cherish and recount as the years go by.

In 2023, a group of us, all seasoned professionals from corporate backgrounds, decided to change the way we connect at work. We had spent years forming relationships over stressful projects and long hours, initially in the office, and later over Teams and Zoom. We realised that these hardships should never be the foundation of work relationships, and certainly not the backbone of our professional lives. Each of us is the sum of our experiences, so it’s no surprise that employee engagement is suffering!

We founded Trove with a vision to foster connections through positive shared experiences. The name Trove symbolises a treasure chest of memorable and meaningful shared team and work experiences. We’re committed to creating moments that uplift, engage, and inspire teams, and ultimately strengthen work relationships through joy and meaningful interactions - no matter where everyone happens to be in the world.

It is the start of a revolution in the modern workplace!
