These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our Website and all our owned linked sites which you can access through visiting us at trove-life.com (“Website”).

By using our Website, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them so please read them carefully and ensure that you understand them. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to have in place minimum security protections on your device.

  13. Bugs and Viruses and Liability

    1. We exercise all reasonable skill and care to ensure that our Website is free from viruses and other malware but we do not guarantee that our Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Website, and for protecting your hardware, software, data and other material from viruses, malware and other internet security risks. You should use your own virus protection software. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from a virus or other malware, a distributed denial of service attack, or other harmful material that may adversely affect your hardware, software, data or other material that occurs as a result of your use of our Website (including the downloading of any content from it) or any other website or service that we may provide a link to.

    1. If any of the provisions of these Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or other authority, that / those provision(s) shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
    2. No failure or delay by us in exercising any of our rights under these Terms means that we have waived that right, and no waiver by us of a breach of any provision of these Terms means that we will waive any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
    3. We may assign these Terms or any of our rights without your consent. You may not do this without our prior written consent.
    4. These terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

  18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. In other words, if you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence.
    2. If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes concerning these Terms, the relationship between us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise).

    Trove and any other brand names, logos, and other marks we publish on our Website from time to time are the exclusive intellectual property of Trove. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval.
